We are the Social Hummingbirds.

The Social Hummingbirds are 3 students at VU studying ACC3004 – Social Media.  To give you some insight about who we are let us introduce ourselves.

Nicole Rawlings – I’m a self confessed geek who loves spreadsheets! Nah just kidding (about the spreadsheets)… This is my last semester studying a Bachelor of Communication Specialising in Professional Writing.  When I break out of here I hope to line up some work as a online community engagement professional. I’ll pass the keyboard over to my fellow Hummingbird Kim to tell you a bit about herself.

Kim Tran – I have possible undiagnosed  ADD, and have a tendency to be socially awkward. This is hopefully my last semester of a double degree (Bachelor of Marketing/ Bachelor of Psychological Studies). Otherwise I’ll become a veteran of the university. When I finish and leave, I hope to be working in marketing and/or advertising. Hopefully, it’s what I want in the future; but who knows. Enough about me, Hummingbird Anna wants attention.

Anna Magelakis –  So Hi, people now me as the loud Greek that becomes friends with everyone and have too much energy, probably have undiagnosed ADD too like Kim. Totally kidding as well! At the moment, I am studying Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations) but I am actually in a transition of my life to change my course. I hope to next year take on Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and do three years of that! So when I am done, I want to become a Human Resources Manager. Anyways, so yeah, thats about it from me!
